Location: Brooklyn restaurant TBD
Theme: Social Entrepreneurship in New York City: Strategies for starting and/or scaling up
Special Guest: Matthew Klein, Executive Director of the nonprofit Blue Ridge Foundation and NYU Stern Professor
We heard your positive feedback from the first dinner discussion in May, so we are thrilled to offer a second dinner discussion this month! This time our focus will be on social entrepreneurship. This new series is designed to give members a chance to connect with one another in a more intimate and thought-provoking way while discussing topics of common interest and share thoughts on what we can do both personally and professionally to make a difference. We will be joined by NYU Stern Professor Matthew Klein, Executive Director of the nonprofit Blue Ridge Foundation which supports start-up nonprofit orgs in NYC.
This dinner is targeted specifically for members who have an entrepreneurial idea for changing your New York community and are looking to get feedback and ideas from others on how best to start-up or scale-up your efforts.
Please RSVP here. Space is limited to 10, and we ask that all attendees arrive on time and cover their own meal costs.
